Want a new site but limited by finances? A custom design isn’t the only way to have a great website. There are lots of quality commercial Joomla templates and Wordpress themes that may work well for you with just some minor customizations.  You find and purchase one that fits, and I’ll customise with your colors and logo. I’ll provide links for quality templates/themes if you decide to go this route.
